@ Nthabooth Studio, we strive to provide a professional and creative environment for all artists and engineers. Please take a moment to review our policies to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience: 1. Booking and Payment • All sessions must be booked in advance. A deposit is required to secure your booking. • Payments can be made via cash, credit card, or electronic transfer. Full payment is due before the session begins. 2. Cancellation Policy • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid losing your deposit. • In the event of a no-show or late cancellation, the full session fee will be charged. 3. Studio Conduct • Respectful behavior is expected at all times. Any disruptive or disrespectful conduct will not be tolerated. • Please keep the studio clean and tidy. Any damages or excessive mess will result in additional charges. 4. Equipment Use • Users are responsible for any equipment they utilize. Please report any issues or damages immediately. • Equipment may not be removed from the studio without prior consent. 5. Confidentiality • All sessions and recordings are confidential. We respect the privacy of our clients and do not share or distribute any content without permission. 6. Liability • Nthabooth Studio is not responsible for any personal property left in the studio or any injuries sustained during your session.
